Mike Sterki

Meet Mike – a fantastic Blues musician from Zurich. Growing up inbetween BB King and John Lee Hooker vinyls, Mike got confronted with Blues from a very early age. As a young kid he first mastered the drums and percussions but eventually taught himself how to play the guitar. All the hard work paid off and these days he is playing on stage and producing his first album. Even though music plays the main role in Mikes life, he is also passionate about people and currently working towards becoming a teacher for kids with emotional behaviour difficulties.

What makes Mike different to everybody else? First of all, he is a quiet and reserved person, but that changes as soon as he gets on stage. Secondly, he doesn’t drink. His musical inspiration comes mainly from women and personal experiences.
